Disguised as Iron-Blooded soldiers, they encounter Mika, who recognizes them and initiates a fierce battle with Ryuuji. Meanwhile, Kaito seeks to rescue Shiori but falls into the clutches of Akira, who reveals Shiori has been ensnared into serving him. Ordered to eliminate Kaito, Shiori complies, leaving Ryuuji horrified.
Revenge of the Iron-Blooded Sword Hound has been adapted into an anime series scheduled to premiere in April 2024.
